Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Add announcement notifies for releases to Discord #announcements channel, twitter, and discussions #announcements (if possible).
Currently Zapier is used for release notifications, but would like to move away from that into GitHub Actions
