This bug happens a few secs after lanch. I didn't know what was happening, so I tried lanching netboot in failsafe mode and that still put me back.

Not enough info... could be hardware related. Recommend trying it on other hardware to see if it persists.

That happened on my Asus Zenbook Duo.
I tried it on my other computers and it works fine, but I need to setup the network manually.
But the VM Works, but its slow.
