The https://netboot.xyz/docs/kb/providers/oci/ guide works great with Ubuntu 20.04 image build 2024.08.26-0 on Ampere (ARM) but that's the very oldest option available in Oracle Cloud. The 09 and 10 builds don't work and Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 don't work so within a month or so I don't think any available options will work once the 08 build is gone.
