Ubuntu added netboot images for the kernels which means I can leverage those for the net installers. Add support for the latest 23.04 and 23.10 so we don't have to track those assets ourselves for the Linux Installers menu.

https://releases.ubuntu.com/mantic/netboot/amd64/

Note for Ubuntu - Would be great to see Ubuntu back-port the hosted netboot kernels on the LTS releases as they don't exist:

https://releases.ubuntu.com/jammy/netboot/amd64/
https://releases.ubuntu.com/focal/netboot/amd64/

It would help keep our code cleaner with less exceptions for each distro and help keep the experience cleaner.

It looks like the Ubuntu releases may have moved so perhaps swapping to the ones that you mentioned above would help? I'm running the netboot.xyz iso. I just downloaded it about an hour ago and tested.
