Describe the bug
As in the screenshot, I get an access denied from the Github Files.

To Reproduce
Try to Netboot the Ubuntu 22.10 installer or try the LIveCD - doesnt matter. Happens also with the Installer of 23.04.

Expected behavior
Boot should work

It seems it is a time issue. Battery dead in the computer.
