Describe the bug

on 32bit VMWare virtual machine, netboot.xyz will freeze/hang after a few seconds (like 30 seconds) after starting a download.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. create a 32bit VM
  2. mount netboot.xyz
  3. specify "architecture: i386"
  4. try to boot Debian Network Installer

Expected behavior

debian network installer is downloaded and started.

I got the same issue once.

Be sure to use an E1000 Network Adapter, 8GB RAM and 2 CPU's.

As you see, it works for me.
