📄 Description

openEuler is a brand new but well-known OS distribution in China. This PR is going to add support for openEuler.

Since the guide doc for the branch testing seems not available, see https://github.com/netbootxyz/netboot.xyz-docs/issues/25 . This PR is marked as a draft since it's not well tested yet.
