Describe the bug

When I open the app, it's changing the mode from Disabled to Read Only constantly!
I can't even select config.
I can't uninstall the app for 100% because the uninstaller just freezes...

To Reproduce
Install the app, open the app

Expected behavior
Expected normal behavior, instead got infinity looping

System information

Windows 10
1.6.3
