Problem
There used to be a page with installation instructions for ubuntu, and it's now gone. build.sh seems to be using some .exe files.

Solution
Provide at least a build.sh for linux.

Else
Ideally at least some limited instructions on how to actually install this thing.

This mono stuff is heavy. I'll put up a docker for the new fellow strugglers.
