Describe the bug
When installing version 1.6.3 on step "Installing Microsoft Framework 4.5" setup fails with error "0x800713ec - Азия"

System information
OS Windows XP x86 SP 3
NBFC version 1.6.3

Additional context
I'd like to get information about system requirements for this software.

From log file (installer)
i338: Acquiring package: NetFx45Web, payload: NetFx45Web, download from: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=225704
i301: Applying execute package: NetFx45Web, action: Install, ...
e000: Error 0x800713ec: process returned error: 0x13ec
e000: Error 0x800713ec: Failed to execute EXE package.

From log file (NetFx45Web)
Installation Blockets:

.NET Framework 4.5 is not supperted by this operating system.

Installation failed with error code: (0x000013ec), "A StopBlock was hit or a System Requirements was not met."
