Describe the bug
Sometimes I can't control the fan speed, I have to restart the service several times to fix it. The speed shows 100% but the fan is at 0%

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

System information

Windows 10 1809 (17763.1339)
NBFC version 1.6.3
NbfcServiceLog.txt
NoteBookFanControlLog.txt

EDIT: It seems to happen when I start Minecraft.
