Hi all,

I have an Acer Aspire 5738g and until a memory upgrade, the NBFC stopped working. I replace the original RAM with a new one. From 2 GB to 8G. The NBFC start but the temperature is and I can't enable the Fan control service. I made a format and reinstall windows 10 and the problem not solved.

The most strange thing is that when I replace the memory with old ones the NBFC starts working again!!!!!!

With new memory stopped again... it looks like Notebook Fancontrol Service could not be started. (I try to start it manual with net start and I received this message)

Any idea what is the bug here and if can fix it????

Thank you in advance.
