Hi,
I've tried to control the fans of my ASUS notebook with this app, but without success. I tried almost all ASUS models from the list and no one worked.

I also tried to build my own config with some software provided in the wiki, but at this part I just got all 00 and changing fan speed in the ASUS CRATE app did nothing at all. I then read somewhere that it could be the core(?) protection of the Windows Defender, which I then disabled, but still haven't any success.

My notebook is an ASUS ROG703GX.

The CRATE app doesn't do its job (for me at least). When it's on battery I can't change the fan speeds and the notebook gets considerably hot (fan curves are bad, it only spins fast if it's really needing it).
