Sometimes, the actual speed does not change between being set at 12,5% or100%, it is always actually at (or near) 100%.

UPDATE:

I found the source for the issue ... Microsoft seems to have updated some parts of the ACPI driver and messed with the Asus ATK Package components!

Just download the a current Asus ATK Package (http://www.asus.com/support/Download/3/588/0/1/41/) and it should work again as before!!!

My UX32VD is now ok again!
