Dell Inc. Inspiron 3585.txt

I've managed to create a config file that works. I can't find the correct read value, so I've set read and write as the same register. For some strange reason, manually selecting 100% fan speed doesn't work no matter what you set the maximum speed as; but 100% fan speed on auto works, so change the temperature thresholds if you want.

Change the .txt to a .xml
