Hi,
Command-line interface (nbfc.exe) simply not opening.

P.S. I'm a newbie.

P.S.S. I'll be thankful if someone could tell me which config should I choose.
right now I'm rendering on "aftereffects" and CPU temperature is at 93 °C

To Reproduce
Try to run "nbfc.exe" from the program directory. (as Or Not as administrator)

Expected behavior
cmd opens and close under a second

System information

operating system: Windows 10 Version 1909 (Build 18363.752)
NBFC version : 1.6.3
Hardware: Acer Aspire 7 A715-74G-76LL (i7-9750H CoffeeLake, GTX 1650,
