Describe the bug

Even with control (write) enable there is no readout and fan speed is varying.

I can hear the fan-speed responding to configuration, ie. slowing down when set to 0% and speeding up when set to 100%. However, when set to 100% it keeps speeding up and slowing down periodically and the read speed is allways 0%.

To Reproduce

Start NBFC on a Yoga 710 (specifically 710-14IKB 80V4)
Enable fan control service status

Expected behavior

Fan speeds responding to the manually configured settings and being readable.

System information

Operating system: Windows 10, build 1903 (64-bit)
NBFC version: 1.6.3

Additional context
