it seems to me as the max fan speed defined in the current configuration of the HP Elitebook Folio 9470m ist not actually max speed...

for example when i set the max speed config to 0, then the fan seem to be at 100% (at least what i kinda remember of it to do before installing nbfc)

is there a reason for the current value? how does one obtain these values?
id like to understand and possibly contribute to this project as it is of great value to me - thanks a lot :)

nevermind, i found a documentation explaining how to obtain these config values:
