Describe the bug
when switching the fan control mode to manual, only one of the fans is still working and it was working at the speed as I set, but the other fan (the fan on the right) was shut down and doesn't work at all. the situation will recover as I set to auto mode.
To Reproduce
select config - HP ZBook 15
set service status to enable
set the target fan speed to any percentage
Expected behavior
two fans can work together at the speed which was set
