When the temperatures are high i noticed that the fan speed is automatically locked to 100% and it won't allow me to make it slower (until it reaches very lower temps), ability to disable that is a great idea for me.

probabli isnt a good idea... you know that electronics get damages from high temps right? you are trying to kill your pc this way

Yes i know but if the temperatures are low enough (say 65C) you should be able to change the fan speed already.

You can specify a different value for critical temperature in the config file.
