** Bug description **
Using default HP ZBook 15 profile that comes with NBFC.
When I enable NBFC using the radio button and I set the target CPU Fan speed to 0%, the fan speed goes to 67.5%.
** To reproduce **
Set the target fan speed to 0%.
** Expected behavior **
I was expecting the fan to turn off at 0%
System information
Windows 7 x64
NBFC version 1.4.2.0 (I think)
Log files didn't seem to be created in the directories indicated in https://github.com/hirschmann/nbfc/wiki/Files-and-directories-overview
Additional context
When I set to 2.5% or anything else, it goes to the target fan speed. It also changes to an appropriate fan speed based on the CPU temperature. It's only when I set the speed to 0% that the fan doesn't go to 0% (i.e. fan turns off).
@Gitarski commented on GitHub (Dec 23, 2018):
Correction. I believe NBFC is version 1.5.0 as I just noticed that it displays this near the top right of the NBFC window.
