Tested on my HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec1064, 4800H + 1660Ti.
Temperature thresholds may be NOT optimal - aimed at maximum silence and have not been tested in all modes of everyday use.
Feel free to customize for yourself, I'm waiting for feedback on the fan operation modes.
I think config will work with any HP ec1xxxx/2xxxx with AMD and Super I/O chip SCH5027D and this cooling:
