📄 Description

This PR adds config for Acer Aspire One AO721 laptop.
I keep this laptop on the balcony, so temperatures vary quite a bit throughout the year (from about -25 degrees C to about 35 degrees C). This config is quite aggressive and is able to keep laptop temperatures below 80 degrees Centigrade under full load even when the ambient temperature is above 35 degrees.
This config was created a while ago, so unfortunately I cannot recall which config I've used as a template.
