critical temp increased +5 °C (Tjmax for i5-7200U = 100°C): <CriticalTemperature>80</CriticalTemperature>
different min/max speeds for read operations disabled: <IndependentReadMinMaxValues>false</IndependentReadMinMaxValues>
added temperature thresholds (fan speed 0% until temp reaches 60°C)
added entries in FanSpeedPercentageOverride table:
- correctly report Current fan speed when reading from EC register 0x85 (133 dec)
- added 100% fan speed (5k rpm) mode by writing 0x40 to EC register 0x2F (47 dec)
