Based on (HP ZBook Studio G3.xml) with few adjustments:

Changed EcPollInterval to 500
Adjusted MinSpeedValue and MaxSpeedValue
Removed second fan
Adjusted TemperatureThreshold

Uses RegisterWriteConfiguration and FanSpeedPercentageOverride to completely stop the fan when fan speed is set to 0%
