I have created config for Lenovo ThinkPad L380 Yoga notebook.

based on Acer Aspire V3-371 config file
modified temperature curve
modified Min. and Max. speed register values to correspond with 0 - 100% scale
some minor edits as notebook model, critical temperature, fan name, author

I am testing it a few weeks and it works well, no problems.
