Describe the bug
Software unable to control fans and displays error when launched

To Reproduce
Issue linked to compatibility with my device.

Expected behavior
The error should not be displayed and the software should be able to control fan speed

System information

Additional context
This is a laptop that is 2 years old but is already not manufactured anymore.
