My rationale is available at https://github.com/8go/matrix-commander/issues/68#issue-1237645245. However, specifically to this repository, it provides somewhere to ask questions like https://github.com/alpkeskin/mosint/issues/81#issuecomment-1822856061 without converting issues into forum boards - the "off-topic" hide designation isn't a solution, whereas this is.

For instance, I want to ask how to search using RegEx for all usernames of .*@RokeJulianLockhart.AnonAddy.com like https://regex101.com/r/QLrfOs/1 demonstrates.
