Steps to reproduce

Create Resellers user with 1000 MB quota.
Login as Resellers user
Create domain with 100 MB quota and 10 MB default mailbox quota.
Create mailbox account
Edit mailbox account and Set mailbox quota to 0 or leave it empty.
Press update

Current behavior

Mailbox with empty/zero (unlimited) quota is allowed even though the domain and reseller have finite quota restriction.

Expected behavior

Zero/empty (unlimited) quota should be disabled for domain/Resellers user with finite quota.
