Steps to reproduce

Log in as a user, edit your profile and for example add a secondary email or change the name. Leave all password fields empty. Click update.

Current behavior

"This password is too short. It must contain at least 8 characters." even thou all password fields are empty.

Expected behavior

Should be able to save.
