Upgrading modoboa to a new version can be tricky since it may require configuration changes and we all know that nobody reads the documentation...

An easier way would be to run the deploy command for both new installations and upgrades. To allow upgrades, the command must ask new information (default lang, timezone) and ask database information even if the '--syncdb' option is not set.
