Open a page where you have to scroll to display the last line.
For example : User preferences -> Webmail.
Change one parameter in this page.
Scroll to the bottom and save.
The green|red message is displayed at the top of the page, that you cannot see since you scrolled to the bottom of the page.

User expect to see this message wherever he scrolled into the page.

As a feature enhancement, it would be a good thing to make sure this message is displayed in an always visible area somewhere on the screen.

This could apply for every green|red messages from the application.
