Add feature support multi server env:

Receipt
MXs (SMTP + Amavis + Mail Filter + Logs Filters Perl Script + API) send to

(SMTP + Dovecot + Logs Filters Perl Script + API)
--> MBOX

sending SMTP messages
(Webmail + Panel Admin + Database + API + SMTP + Dovecot + Sender Mesage)
