Aliases and distribution lists can't be created or updated by domain admin, if it contains a local mailbox as recipient. This bug doesn't occur in super administrator account.

It should now work as expected. Domain administrators are now allowed to use local mailboxes they don't own as recipients for distribution lists or aliases.
