Found on version 1.0.0
To reproduce do the following steps:

As as a SuperAdmin click on the "Add Domain" link;
fill in first page details and set quota to 0;
in the second page of the form, specify the name of an admin of such domain;
click the "create" button

What happens to me is that the dialog isn't dismissed and a red notification stating "A quota is required" shows up.
