When you create a new account for a simple user, the interface should make clear that the user name should be an email adress.
An info box (@?@) should be fine.

For now, when you create a simple user, the interface is asking for a "User Name", but if you type in only a login name and not a full email address, after you validate you will get this error message: "Enter a valid email address."

I'll fix this issue for 1.1 because all translations for 1.0 are ready now.
