If you write a mail in the webmail, and your user name contains accents, like @Benoît Célàrç benoit@domain.tld@, then the from gets rewritten like :

From Benoît Célàrç @server.domain.tld

Not sure if it's a postfix configuration issue, or a modoboa issue.
