In specific cases, domain admins need to access the Domains section.

A good example concerns the content filter options. A domain admin must be able to modify them and so he needs an access to the domain.

By default, just provide a read-only access to managed domains.

+Reminder+: a domain admin can know, for the domains he manages, if permissions are shared with other domain administrators. Is it an issue ?
