To be able to deploy modoboa with automated deployement solution,
parameters like CREATE_DIRECTORIES, STORAGE_PATH, etc must be
configurable in the settings.py configuration file.

We could use somethings like: https://bitbucket.org/bkroeze/django-livesettings
