The box should have a fixed size. Don't resize it when you switch from General to Mail. All boxes should have fixed sizes!

It may be difficult to fix because it is how Bootstrap works by default...

The other issue I can see is that I'll have to know the biggest height before displaying the box. It looks complicated.
