Modoboa: 2.6.2
installer used: Yes
Webserver: Nginx

Steps to reproduce

1- Define an Email provider with some associated domains.
2- Delete "Email provider"
3- Edit / Delete associated domains.

Current behavior

1- Deleting / editing "associated domains" : Error
2- Delete "Email provider" : Error

Expected behavior

1- "associated domains" form must work correctly (Deleting / editing)
2- "Email provider" record deleting must work correctly
