Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Ok, then that the expected behaviour. You cannot remove the active filterset. Try to mark it as inactive first, or create a new active one and you'll be able to remove this one.

You're mixing "filter set" and filter. I told you that you can't remove the active filter set.
Try to add a Filter by clicking on the blue button and then you'll be able to delete it.
