Steps to reproduce

upgraded modoboa yesterday 2.0.5 -> 2.1.2, had some issues afterwards, this is one of them..

after upgrade Modoboa -> Parameters -> PDF credentials had option to "delete pdf after first download" set to yes.
pdf file created/downloaded for new users after upgrade, was named like srv_modoboa_pdfcredentials$email.pdf
after changing this particular option to no, pdf was created and saved as expected : $email.pdf
same behavior whenever that option is set to yes.

this is minor, just wanted to report..
