Steps to reproduce

Rename a created mailbox from the web interface ill add the mailbox under maintain. The application is not removing from the table admin_mailboxoperation after finishing the rename and the mailbox gets unavailable once sql-maintain file return the mailbox from admin_mailboxoperation table
