Steps to reproduce

clone repo
run "docker-compose up -d"

It displays error

requests 2.25.0 has requirement chardet<4,>=3.0.2, but you'll have chardet 4.0.0 which is incompatible.

Current behavior

shows this during docker-compose build

docker compose doesn't run
