Allow users to define a forward and administrators to define aliases to external addresses. (this functionality is needed to finish the PostfixAdmin to Modoboa migration script)

Work in progress for #140 and #143
Aliases to external addresses are now supported. Alias creation/modification forms have been rewritten. (autocompletion of addresses, dynamic number of input fields)

First version of the postfixadmin to modoboa migration script. It has not been tested deeply but I think it should work pretty well.

Some javascript errors (SqueezeBox related) have been fixed.

Added per-user forward definition (with a custom interface available inside the "Options" menu). It will not be available for admins.
