In the webmail, subfolders that contain subfolders are displayed twice :

One time with no associated subfolders,
One time with subfolders.

Fixed bad recursive algorithm (I was adding the same entry twice, one with subfolders and the other with nothing). Also, leaf folders are not clickable anymore.
