It would be good if it were possible to select the audio output, e.g. on a Bluetooth speaker.

Audio on iOS is hard to get right, and also quite limiting I think. I think letting the mic pick up the speaker sound is the best we can do.

Browser sound, like any sound produced by Moblin, is played in a speaker.

Let me give you a little more insight into what I have in mind:

I currently use an external microphone for streaming. The microphone is connected via Lightning and the Lightning-to-jack adapter. When connecting, ‘Other device’ is selected. This should make it possible to output the audio to another source (at least this is possible in FaceTime). The reason for this is that alerts are to be integrated into the video content via the browser source. The sound from the alert should then be output via a Bluetooth speaker.
