I notice that next branch is still using markdown-it@12, I think we'd better move to markdown-it@13 before releasing "next" version.

Any troubles that stops moving to v13?

I have a few more issues I want to look at, then I'll do all the version upgrades. I've scanned at the release notes and do not expect a problem.
