Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

At places, the rules file mentions markdown instead of Markdown. This is in regular sentences (2 examples below) and not in codeblocks.
If the community thinks that this warrants an update, I can raise a PR.
eg. "skip heading levels in a markdown document" or "Some markdown parsers generate anchors"

I think this is a mistake in the document and "Markdown" is preferred. If you'd like to send a PR, please review CONTRIBUTING.md first. Thank you!
